Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Ensure stable and efficient execution of production testing processes while maintaining compliance with stringent quality standards.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to introduce new test solutions and scale them into high-volume production environments.

• Manage relationships with test vendors, oversee hardware deployment, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Support yield enhancement and cost optimization initiatives through systematic data analysis and process improvement projects.

• Provide technical troubleshooting support across hardware and software domains during production activities.

• Coordinate with global production partners and OSAT facilities to ensure seamless manufacturing and testing operations.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance test methodology, throughput, and reliability performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.

• Hands-on proficiency with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms (e.g., ETS series, uFLEX, or equivalent systems).

• Experience collaborating with international manufacturing teams or OSAT partners in test production environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across functions and regions.

• Familiarity with analog and high-speed test methodologies, or experience with circuit debugging, is highly desirable.

• Programming experience in Python, C++, or Matlab for test automation or data analysis is a plus.
