Test Manager

Keywords: Test Manager, ATE test flow, yield enhancement, cost reduction projects, C++ We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Test Manager to lead a team in developing advanced production test solutions for precision products. This role provides an exciting opportunity to combine leadership and technical expertise while collaborating closely with various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ATE test flows, work closely with design teams on DFT features, and develop ATE test software on established platforms like Teradyne ETS-88.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to develop production test solutions for precision technology products.
• Define and implement ATE test flows and plans for new products.
• Collaborate with design teams to incorporate Design for Test (DFT) features.
• Specify and develop ATE test hardware and software on platforms such as Teradyne ETS-88.
• Guide release-to-production activities and support product launches into high-volume production.
• Drive yield enhancement and cost reduction initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Provide support for other technical projects as required by the team or business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a technical manager with a strong background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs.
• Solid knowledge of analog electronics, including board-level troubleshooting and debugging.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis of test data and strong programming skills, particularly in C++.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and lead a technical team to success.
