What will you do:

As a legal administrator, you will play an important role as the guardian of the enterprise, handling a variety of legal matters on a daily basis, including drafting and reviewing contracts in both Chinese and English, resolving legal disputes, and promoting the implementation of intellectual property management systems. • Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents and contracts in both English and Chinese to ensure that all documents comply with laws and regulations and protect the company's rights and interests.
• Assist in handling various legal disputes, including but not limited to litigation, mediation and arbitration procedures, and provide professional legal advice and advice.
• Perform intellectual property management-related work, including applying, maintaining, and supervising the operation of intellectual property management systems to protect the company's innovation achievements.
• Support the legal affairs of affiliated enterprises and coordinate internal resources of the group to achieve common goals.
• Cooperate with supervisors to handle other temporary or project legal affairs and flexibly respond to different challenges.
• Proactively track the latest changes in laws and regulations, assess their possible impact on the company's operations, and propose countermeasures.
• Participate in internal education and training and compliance promotion activities to improve employees' legal awareness and compliance levels.
• Assist in reviewing company policies, processes, and contractual terms to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks.

As a legal administrator, your professional background will include bilingual skills in Chinese and English, knowledge of major business regulations in Taiwan, and experience in intellectual property management. • Fluent in writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English, and able to independently complete the drafting and review of bilingual legal documents.
• Familiar with relevant Taiwanese laws and regulations and commercial contract frameworks, and experience in handling litigation or dispute cases is preferred.
• Understanding intellectual property laws and management processes can effectively assist companies in laying out and maintaining intellectual property.
• Possess good logical thinking skills and delicacy, and be able to accurately analyze problems and propose feasible solutions.
• Good at cross-departmental communication and collaboration, team spirit and willing to share knowledge and experience.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity, able to properly handle sensitive information and safeguard the company's interests.
• Have an active learning attitude and are willing to continuously follow the latest changes in laws and regulations and enrich their professional knowledge.
• Legal experience related to large enterprises or high-tech industries is preferred.
