What you will do:

• Engage with customers to understand technical trends in next-generation power supplies, address challenges, and provide product insights from an application perspective.

• Compare and analyse IC and device performance against competitors, providing feedback to enhance product competitiveness and resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with external contractors when necessary to design and build power supply systems that demonstrate product performance in real-world applications.

• Validate product features through hands-on testing and demonstrations to increase market awareness and drive customer adoption.

• Promote technologies through exhibitions, academic conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and expand market share.

• Support sales initiatives by leveraging technical expertise to strengthen the company’s competitive advantage.

• Provide technical support throughout the design-to-production lifecycle of AC/DC power products.

• Develop application notes, technical documentation, and training materials for internal teams and customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to align product development with market needs.

• Contribute to thought leadership through patents or publications related to PFC or LLC technologies (if applicable).

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in AC/DC power supply or power electronics, with strong knowledge of PFC and LLC topologies.

• Proven experience in designing high-power (1000W+) power supply products from concept to mass production.

• Ability to independently perform circuit design and development for power electronics systems.

• Hands-on experience in validation and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.

• Strong experience in customer-facing technical support, including application support and troubleshooting.

• Experience in AC/DC product promotion and design validation is preferred.

• Publications or patents related to PFC or LLC technologies are a strong plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to develop technical documentation such as application notes and training materials.

• Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance standards in power electronics.
