Digital IC Design Engineer (Power)

You will design and verify digital logic for PMICs and mixed-signal ICs, enabling efficient power conversion, voltage regulation, and system control in consumer, mobile, computing, networking, and industrial devices. Working at the intersection of digital control and analog power, you will help deliver robust, energy-efficient solutions for next-generation products.

  • Participate in the RTL design, verification, and integration of digital control blocks for PMIC and mixed-signal ICs.

  • Implement power sequencing, protection features, communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, PMBus, USB-PD), and other digital functions supporting analog power circuits.

  • Work closely with analog design, test, and application engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.

  • Create testbenches, write test plans, and perform verification using Verilog/SystemVerilog/UVM.

  • Use industry-standard ASIC tools (simulation, synthesis, STA, DFT, LEC, etc.) to achieve project milestones.

  • Assist in FPGA prototyping, silicon bring-up, and debug.

  • Automate workflows using scripting languages (Perl, Python, TCL, etc.) to improve design efficiency.
