APR Engineer

We are helping an IC design house hire a Physical Design (APR/PD) Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the full implementation flow from netlist to GDSII, ensuring timing, power, and physical sign-off closure.

• Own block-level or top-level APR flow, covering floorplan, power plan, placement, routing, and sign-off activities

• Execute physical synthesis, CTS, timing optimization, signal integrity and IR-drop analysis

• Drive DRC/LVS closure and ensure design readiness toward tapeout

• Build and refine physical design methodologies, automation flows, and scripting to improve productivity

• Collaborate with RTL, STA, and verification teams to ensure timing, power, and QoR convergence
