Design Verification Engineer (TPE)

About the role A leading semiconductor company is looking for an SSD Digital IC Verification Engineer to join its team in Taipei. In this role, you will work on SoC and IP-level verification for high-speed interface products, contributing to product quality and performance. You will collaborate closely with design teams and participate in the full verification cycle, from planning to execution. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to deepen their expertise in SSD and high-speed protocols such as PCIe, USB, and NVMe.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute verification plans for SoC and IP-level designs

• Build and maintain verification environments using UVM/SystemVerilog

• Integrate VIP and perform protocol-level verification (high speed interface)

• Analyze test results, debug issues, and collaborate with design teams

• Develop automation tools using scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell)

• Support system-level integration and improve overall verification efficiency

What you bring

• Experience in digital IC verification with UVM and SystemVerilog

• Hands-on experience in simulation, debugging, and verification environment setup

• Scripting skills (Python / Perl / Shell) for automation

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
