Design Verification Leader

About the Role We are looking for a Digital Design Verification Leader to lead a team of 2–3 engineers in verifying next-generation automotive high-speed product's circuits and architectures. This position involves participating in projects focused on automotive-grade safety, security, and zero-defect specifications. You will ensure that the designs meet high standards of reliability and automotive-grade requirements, contributing to the launch of robust products for world-class automakers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, Verilog, Python, Perl, VCS, Functional Coverage, Code Coverage, and Assertion-Based Verification.
  • Strong knowledge of RTL design analysis, low-power verification techniques, FIFO, and custom timing module verification.

• Educational Background:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital circuit verification.
  • Proficient in UVM architecture, verification plan development, and leading teams in large-scale digital design IP verification and integration projects.

• Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Familiarity with design knowledge or RTL coding experience to enhance communication and collaboration with the design team.
