Job Description:
Are you an experienced design verification professional with a passion for leadership? We are seeking a Senior Design Verification Manager to oversee and guide a team of engineers in the verification of advanced digital designs. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ASIC/IC verification, focusing on high-speed interfaces like SerDes PHY IPs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of design verification engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute verification strategies, including the creation of verification plans (Vplan), based on industry-standard methodologies such as UVM.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the verification of digital designs, particularly those related to SerDes PHY IP, and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.

Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of verification tasks, from VIP creation to functional coverage and code coverage assessment.

Collaboration: Work closely with design teams and other stakeholders to define and refine verification methodologies, ensuring seamless integration of verification processes.

Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in verification processes, including the development and use of custom verification IPs, and explore third-party VIP solutions.

Co-Simulation and Integration: Lead efforts in co-simulation with analog PHY and ensure that all verification aspects are comprehensively covered.
Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in ASIC/IC verification or design, with a proven track record in leading verification teams and projects.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of verification methodologies including UVM/OVM/VMM/ERM, with hands-on experience in verifying complex digital designs.

Domain Knowledge: Experience in verifying high-speed interface products such as PCIe, USB, MPHY, CPHY, and DPHY.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team of engineers, coupled with excellent communication and project management abilities.

Educational Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
