What you'll do:
As an Analog Design Project Lead – Audio Products based in Hsinchu, you will play a pivotal role in steering the research and development activities for state-of-the-art analog IPs tailored for audio applications. - Oversee the design process for key components such as ADCs, DACs, headphone amplifiers (HP), Class D amplifiers, and power management IPs.

- Manage project timelines effectively by coordinating resources and communicating progress regularly with stakeholders.

- Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related discipline is required for this position.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in researching and developing analog IPs specifically for audio products is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience designing ADCs (Analog-to-Digital Converters), DACs (Digital-to-Analog Converters), headphone amplifiers (HP), Class D amplifiers, or power management IPs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining open communication channels is important.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to nurturing junior talent through mentorship are valued.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining sensitive to deadlines and stakeholder expectations is preferred.
