What you'll do:
As an Experienced Analog Design Engineer specialising in Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), you will play a crucial role within our client's IC circuit design team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, verifying, and debugging various analog circuits. You will also develop memory peripheral circuits for NVM IP and test chips. Your contribution to IP specification, design, layout optimisation, and corner simulation of NVM IP will be invaluable. Collaborating with global teams, you will pioneer innovative IC products and stay abreast of the latest industry trends. Your expertise in NVM products will be instrumental in driving business growth.
* Design, verify, and debug analog circuits such as Bandgap, LDO, Charge Pump etc.
* Develop memory peripheral circuits for NVM IP and test chip including Array, Decoding, Sense Amplifier etc.
* Contribute to IP specification, design, layout optimization, and corner simulation of NVM IP.
* Collaborate with global teams to pioneer innovative IC products.
* Stay updated on the latest industry trends.

You have hands-on experience in analog circuits design covering bandgap, regulator, SA, charge pump design and memory design. Familiarity with tools like Hspice, HSIM, AFS, XA Virtuoso, Composer and Layout will be advantageous. You possess strong communication and coordination skills along with a team spirit and innovative thinking. A deep understanding of non-volatile memory device characteristics, processes or testing is essential for this role.
