Systems Engineer (SW)
About the Role A global leader in analog semiconductor technology is seeking Systems Engineer (SW) to develop and maintain advanced software automation systems supporting high-performance timing solutions used worldwide. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement software automation frameworks for silicon validation, characterization, and production release

Develop end-to-end systems including backend services, databases, and UI/UX interfaces

Lead code reviews, release management, debugging, and documentation
-
Prototype new system architectures and automation methodologies
-
Collaborate with CMOS, operations, and marketing teams
-
Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence
-
Integrate software with lab instruments for testing and failure analysis
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree or above in EE / CE / CS (PhD preferred)
-
5+ years experience in software automation or system development
-
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, MATLAB
-
Experience with UI/UX development and system architecture
-
Hands-on experience integrating software with electronic laboratory instruments (e.g. oscilloscopes, signal analyzers)

Solid understanding of mixed-signal circuit fundamentals

Familiarity with the OpenTAP framework, along with experience in microcontroller programming and SQL scripting, is a plus

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skill.
