AE Manager (DCDC)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineering Manager to lead teams developing high power and high voltage solutions for server power supplies, AI datacentres, industrial systems, and automotive applications. This role involves guiding engineers, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and supporting customers through advanced system design and product integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead applications engineering teams in developing high power / high voltage solutions for PSU, AI datacentres, industrial and automotive markets.

• Partner with sales and marketing to support customer engagement and product launch activities.

• Provide hands-on technical support and training to customers and field engineers.

• Conduct competitive analysis to contribute to product definition.

• Prepare technical documentation including datasheets, application notes, and design guides.

• Oversee system design, debugging, and qualification activities for high power products.

• Ensure best practices in schematic capture and PCB layout across the team.

• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative learning environment.

What You Bring

• MSEE or higher.

• 10+ years of experience in high power/high voltage design, DC/DC converters, or server PSU systems.

• Familiarity with SiC devices or isolated hardware architectures.

• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Demonstrated ability to create clear technical documentation.

• Leadership mindset, supportive team management, and experience mentoring engineers.
