About the Role We’re looking for an Analog Field Applications Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working closely with customers to deliver innovative analog and power solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales and design teams, provide expert technical support, and help drive new opportunities in computing and system applications. This position offers strong growth potential, continuous learning, and a collaborative culture that values both teamwork and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with customers and sales teams to identify design needs and provide tailored analog or power solutions.

  • Offer hands-on technical support throughout design-in, debugging, and validation phases.

  • Develop and optimise reference circuits and design documentation for customer applications.

  • Conduct schematic and layout reviews to ensure reliable analog system performance.

  • Support analysis of power-related designs, including DC/DC converters, multiphase controllers, and USB PD systems.

  • Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams or customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to feedback market needs and support product improvement.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics design, application, or technical support.

  • Solid understanding of DC/DC converters, multiphase control, PoE, or USB PD systems.

  • Proficiency with schematic/layout tools and debugging instrumentation.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills in English.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.
