Power Field Application Engineer (ACDC)

About the Role We are looking for an AC/DC Field Application Engineer to join a leading technology company. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with major power supply customers, working with cutting-edge power components such as MOSFETs, SiC devices, GaN, and related control ICs and gate drivers. If you have strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English or Japanese, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce new power products to customers and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct problem analysis and perform thorough testing to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with major power supply customers such as Delta, Acbel, FSP, and Lite-On.
• Work with MOSFETs, SiC devices, GaN, and related control ICs and gate drivers.
• Maintain effective communication with clients in either English or Japanese.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in AC/DC power applications or FAE-related roles.
• Proficiency in English or Japanese to support customer communication.
• Strong technical knowledge of power components (MOSFETs, SiC, GaN, control ICs, gate drivers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
