What you'll do:
As a Presales Manager, you will become an integral part of a dedicated team focused on driving Hyper Scale Data Centre business development. - Support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle by preparing compelling presentation materials, tender proposals, technical documentation, and product specifications.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant during customer visits and project discussions, providing expert guidance on solution design and implementation strategies.
- Deliver regular training sessions for partners and facilitate technical communications with end users and consultants to ensure high service quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop system solution proposals, participate in marketing plans for technical introductions, author articles, deliver presentations, and support events or advertising initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research into competitive environments and emerging business opportunities to inform the development of optimal data centre solutions tailored for specific market segments.
- Gather valuable market intelligence on customer trends and competitor activities, sharing these insights with internal stakeholders to shape sales planning and demand forecasting processes.
- Work closely with Product Line Management, engineering teams, and other departments to negotiate favourable agreements that address both customer requirements and organisational goals.
