A leading lifestyle brand in Taipei is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join their team. What you'll do:
As an Ecommerce Executive in Taipei, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of online sales targets through effective execution of campaigns across both proprietary websites and third-party platforms. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing inventory for promotional events, preparing insightful reports on past sales performance, processing orders seamlessly between customers and internal systems, creating engaging product content that enhances the shopping experience, updating merchandising details accurately, collaborating with IT teams for site maintenance tasks, localising marketing materials for digital use, executing regular testing plans for continuous improvement of site performance, overseeing daily operations across multiple marketplaces including order fulfilment and shipment coordination, handling returns or exchanges efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction levels, assisting with administrative logistics or accounting matters related to ecommerce operations. You will also provide customer service support by managing inbound enquiries via email or phone—ensuring responses are timely and documented—and participate in special projects assigned by management. Success in this role requires a collaborative approach within cross-functional teams as well as a keen eye for detail when maintaining product information or analysing sales data.
- Assist with executing sales activities on the company’s own site as well as third-party marketplaces to achieve ecommerce sales targets and secure margin goals according to group guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels closely for online campaign implementation and prepare detailed reporting materials to analyse previous sales performance and arrange successful new sales initiatives.
- Process orders and quotations efficiently while following up on order status between customers and the company’s website, ensuring accurate communication throughout.
- Create compelling product content including names, descriptions, visuals, and ensure all website information reflects correct pricing promptly after any changes.
- Update and maintain all product content, descriptions, images, merchandising details accurately while adhering to advertising policies and programmes.
- Work collaboratively with the ecommerce team to discuss ongoing site promotions and contribute creative ideas aimed at improving user experience and optimising consumer journeys.
- Coordinate with IT teams regarding website maintenance tasks and localise ad copy, landing pages, banner creatives, and other marketing materials for online use.
- Execute testing plans regularly to continuously improve website performance based on data-driven insights.
- Manage daily operations of brand sites (such as SFCC) and marketplaces like MOMO, PChome, Shopee, LINE Gift by processing orders, monitoring updates or cancellations, coordinating shipments, and syncing sales data with ERP systems.
- Handle return and exchange processes efficiently to ensure smooth product flow and high levels of customer satisfaction while assisting with logistical or accounting issues related to ecommerce.

- At least one year of proven experience in ecommerce operations including platform maintenance and order fulfilment responsibilities within a retail or digital environment.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platform workflows; knowledge of SFCC is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with general office tools enabling you to build structured reports or spreadsheets effectively.
- Strong organisational skills allowing you to manage complex workflows while maintaining accuracy across multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Chinese and English which facilitate clear interactions with customers as well as internal teams.
- A collaborative mindset that supports teamwork across departments combined with a detail-oriented approach ensuring all product information is maintained accurately.
- Responsibility in handling daily operational tasks coupled with enthusiasm for innovative software solutions that enhance customer interaction experiences.
