What will you do:
As a contract management specialist, you will be deeply involved in the entire contract management process of various large-scale engineering or manufacturing projects in the company, including pre-bid preparation, term review, negotiation coordination, and subsequent execution supervision. In your daily work, you work closely with legal advisors and cross-functional teams to develop the best strategies to reduce risks and improve efficiency. You'll also be responsible for monitoring project progress, handling change requirements, and assisting in resolving disputes or claims that may arise. This role requires a high level of organization and a meticulous attitude to ensure that every contract is accurately implemented in actual operation. Additionally, you need to be good at communication and coordination, effectively promoting teamwork in a multicultural environment, and jointly achieving corporate goals.
- Ensure that all commercial contracts and claims management processes comply with the company's internal standard procedures to effectively reduce risks and protect the company's interests.
- Responsible for the preparation of bid documents, term review, negotiation of commercial and technical conditions, and analysis of the main contract to identify potential opportunities and risks, including ambiguities, omissions, or conflicts.
- During the supply chain management, sales, and project execution stages, he worked with Taiwanese legal consultants to draft, negotiate, and finalize various contract documents.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of risk assessment reports (RRs), attend relevant meetings and advise on contract terms.
- Participate in contract execution and claims from the start to the end of the project, and clearly define the contract baseline (including terms, specifications, drawings, budgets, proposals, timelines, etc.).
- Monitor project progress and respond to change requests in real-time, assisting with contract changes, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Establish and maintain good customer and supplier relationships to facilitate the smooth fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Cooperate with the legal department to propose solutions to complex legal issues to ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- A bachelor's degree in law from Taiwan or equivalent, foreign experience or a master's degree is preferred.
- Experienced in relevant positions in the legal/commercial/contract management department of the EPC energy industry, large-scale industrial plants, or complex industrial product manufacturing, with rich practical experience preferred.
- Familiar with contract negotiation, change management, claims handling, and related legal issues, able to independently analyze and propose feasible solutions.
- Experience in multinational teamwork, able to adapt to multicultural environments and effectively communicate and coordinate opinions from all parties.
- Systematic thinking and structured work methods, able to properly plan and implement various task details.
- Respond flexibly to different scenarios, have good adaptability and an open mind.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit to drive work progress in a solution-oriented manner.
