  • Identify untapped market opportunities within data centre, automotive EV, industrial power, and electronics cooling segments to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead the pursuit and negotiation of strategic partnerships and long-term contracts with key stakeholders in the liquid cooling industry, establishing multi-level relationships with executives, procurement specialists, and engineers.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual revenue targets for the liquid cooling business by creating detailed sales roadmaps and market penetration plans.
  • Provide regular strategic insights, market analysis, and performance reports to senior leadership teams to inform decision-making processes.
  • Guide cross-functional teams—including R&D, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales—to ensure technical customisation and solution optimisation for liquid cooling products.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis for global, Asia, and Greater China segments; monitor industry trends, analyse competitor strategies, pricing models, and product portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to align product roadmaps with local market demands while facilitating technology transfer of advanced cooling technologies.

To excel as Business Development Manager – Cooling Technology you will bring substantial experience from relevant sectors such as Datacenter infrastructure, Server or automotive EV components. Your academic background in mechanical engineering equips you with technical insight necessary for understanding complex thermal management systems. You have honed your interpersonal skills through years of managing high-level relationships with OEMs across Asia—negotiating contracts that deliver mutual value. Your fluency in English and Chinese enables you to communicate seamlessly across borders while presenting confidently at executive forums.   • Strong analytical skills enabling interpretation of market data; ability to identify business opportunities quickly and adapt strategies responsively.
