- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting Taiwan’s leading financial holding companies, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and opportunity management.
- Leverage existing client engagements as reference points to initiate meetings with key IT and digital decision-makers at prominent institutions such as Fubon, CTBC, E.SUN, Mega, Taishin, Yuanta, and SinoPac.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through product demonstrations, proof-of-concept proposals, negotiations, and successful deal closure.
- Cultivate and maintain strong channel partnerships with system integrators including SYSTEX, TPIsoftware, Syscom, supporting joint go-to-market activities and shared pipeline development.
- Coordinate closely with reseller partners to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client environments while maximising mutual business outcomes.
- Map out organisational structures within target clients to identify decision-makers, understand procurement processes, and anticipate budget cycles for optimal engagement timing.
- Represent the company at key industry events such as FinTech Taipei, FinTechSpace, and TFTA forums to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Gather market intelligence on emerging trends in AI/LLM adoption within Taiwan’s banking sector to inform product positioning and sales tactics.
- Collaborate internally with product and technical teams to relay client feedback and ensure alignment between customer needs and solution capabilities.

- At least seven years’ experience within Taiwan’s financial services or fintech sector demonstrating deep familiarity with local market dynamics.
- Established relationships with IT or digital transformation leaders at top Taiwanese financial holding companies enabling swift access to key decision-makers.
- Fluency in Mandarin combined with strong business English skills facilitating effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions into Taiwan’s banking or financial services industry resulting in measurable business outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) regulatory frameworks governing technology adoption within local banks.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with system integrator partners such as SYSTEX, TPIsoftware, Ares or Syscom on joint projects or go-to-market initiatives.
