A leading system technology provider in Taipei is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its collaborative and service-focused team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality customer experiences across global operations. You will act as a dependable communication bridge between customers, internal teams, and international partners in an inclusive and supportive environment that values growth and development.

Key responsibilities:

You will support end-to-end order management and customer service operations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and seamless coordination across teams and global partners.

  • Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders in line with company procedures, ensuring all terms are correctly reviewed and processed efficiently
  • Manage and track orders from initiation to completion, coordinating delivery schedules, shipments, and required documentation such as certificates and shipping papers
  • Communicate with overseas factories and partners to handle product inquiries, expedite orders, and monitor delivery timelines
  • Respond to daily customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolutions and strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and transactions while supporting cross-functional collaboration and assigned supervisory tasks
