Customer Support Representative
A leading system technology provider in Taipei is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its collaborative and service-focused team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality customer experiences across global operations. You will act as a dependable communication bridge between customers, internal teams, and international partners in an inclusive and supportive environment that values growth and development.
Key responsibilities:
You will support end-to-end order management and customer service operations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and seamless coordination across teams and global partners.
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders in line with company procedures, ensuring all terms are correctly reviewed and processed efficiently
- Manage and track orders from initiation to completion, coordinating delivery schedules, shipments, and required documentation such as certificates and shipping papers
- Communicate with overseas factories and partners to handle product inquiries, expedite orders, and monitor delivery timelines
- Respond to daily customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolutions and strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and transactions while supporting cross-functional collaboration and assigned supervisory tasks

You are a detail-oriented and service-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering dependable customer support in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or order management within a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with international partners in English
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and documentation accurately
- Dependable and responsible, with a proactive approach to following procedures and ensuring service quality
- Adaptable and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn, participate in training, and support team success
