- Provide customers with comprehensive technical support and related services, including routine system maintenance, instrument calibration, continuous improvement plans, new applications, and service report writing.

- Through consultative sales, we deeply understand the key needs of existing and potential customers, conduct systematic analysis, and put forward specific suggestions and implementation plans.
