- Act as the primary regional expert and main contact for ODM accounts in Taiwan, ensuring all customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
- Support the creation and management of product portfolios specifically tailored for ODM customers by collaborating closely with product line managers and relevant departments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, supply chain, and quality to guarantee timely delivery of products that meet stringent quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with global teams to promptly identify new ODM opportunities and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Gather and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform internal teams for product customisation and development initiatives.
- Monitor project progress meticulously while preparing comprehensive reports on market dynamics and customer insights for key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed product documents, presentations, and training materials for both internal colleagues and external partners to facilitate understanding and engagement.

- Familiarity with cable assembly, optical connectivity or networking is highly desirable as it enables you to engage confidently with technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Product Line Management or related roles will allow you to navigate portfolio strategy discussions effectively.
- Previous exposure to technical sales or marketing roles adds significant value by equipping you with persuasive communication skills needed for client interactions.
