Our client is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant Manager to join their team in Taiwan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and review strategies that will help the company and strategic customers achieve category objectives. You'll be responsible for monitoring trade A&P and product categories.

What you'll do:

As a Trade Marketing (Assistant) Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's marketing strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in developing category growth strategies that deliver superior customer value. You will also be responsible for managing the monthly forecast, distribution, pricing promotion, shelving and merchandising strategy. Your ability to manage the trade budget effectively while continuously seeking opportunities to drive business goals will be key to your success in this role.

  • Analyse market landscapes, customer insights, and consumer behaviour to develop effective growth plans across various channels.
  • Develop category growth strategies that deliver superior customer value.
  • Manage the monthly forecast, distribution, pricing promotion, shelving and merchandising strategy.
  • Manage the trade budget effectively while continuously seeking opportunities to drive business goals.
  • Build key relationships with internal teams such as KA Managers, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Trade Marketing Assistant Manager role brings a wealth of experience in trade marketing or brand management within the FMCG sector. You have a proven track record of managing categories/brands/go-to-market plans, sales forecasts and trade funds budgets. Your mastery of category growth strategy, data analysis, budget management coupled with your ability to navigate through complex business situations sets you apart from others.

  • Experience in trade marketing and fluent in English.
