This position invites you to join a leading technology company dedicated to driving digital transformation for brands as a Pre-sales Manager. This role will lead the Pre-sales team, responsible for day-to-day management, process optimization, and strategy development, and directly participate in frontline sales support to assist clients in resolving complex business issues.

What will you do:

As a Pre-sales Manager, you will play a key role in daily work, not only leading the team to complete various management tasks but also leveraging your experience to assist in project division, process optimization, and strategy formulation. In this position, you will be deeply involved in market research, competitive analysis, and sales process improvement, while actively connecting product, strategy, and technical teams to jointly promote product function upgrades and delivery quality improvements. Additionally, you will personally attend customer meetings to propose tailored solutions for clients from different industry backgrounds, effectively responding to their complex business needs. Demonstrate your communication skills and coordination skills in cross-departmental collaboration, enabling every project to be executed smoothly and achieve optimal results.

  • Responsible for the daily management and development of the pre-sales team, including establishing and optimizing pre-sales processes and standards to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Establish team OKRs and ensure that all pre-sales efforts are highly aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Cultivate team members' business capabilities and business acumen, providing ongoing guidance and feedback for personal growth.
  • Assist teams in project division and allocate resources effectively to ensure project execution efficiency and delivery quality meet expected standards.
  • Supervise market research and analysis, grasp competitive trends and product advantages, and continuously optimize sales strategies to respond to market changes.
  • Proactively formulate sales process optimization plans, including updating sales specifications, materials, and sharing metric cases.
  • Provide front-line demand insights to product and strategy teams, actively participating in product feature planning discussions to facilitate product upgrades.
  • Collaborate with business colleagues to participate in customer meetings, deeply analyze customer business needs, and propose specific solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions and be responsible for relevant proposals or product demonstrations to meet the diverse needs of different customers.
  • Independently responsible for benchmark project proposals (such as overseas customer proposal support), understanding technical requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to propose implementation proposals and technical evaluations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the B2B SaaS field and years of practical experience working with enterprise-level customers, especially in the financial industry.   • With at least four years of B2B SaaS sales, project, or consulting experience, he has a solid practical foundation in the field of software services.
  • With more than four years of client facing experience, it is preferable to be familiar with customers in the financial industry, and can understand and effectively solve complex business problems.
  • Good oral presentation and communication skills can help the sales team provide clear answers to technical questions from customers.
  • Excellent data analysis and performance analysis skills, sensitive to numbers, and able to extract insights from data to support decision-making.
  • Strong logical thinking skills and good problem-solving skills, can quickly clarify the root cause of problems and propose feasible solutions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of teamwork, excel in cross-departmental collaboration and communication, and promote consensus formation and resource integration in diverse environments.
