Sales Engineer

What you'll do:
As a Sales Engineer, your role will be instrumental in driving the presales process, demonstrating the value of our client's APM solutions to potential clients. You will spearhead POC initiatives, developing bespoke solutions that meet client needs. Post-sales, you will support clients by ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of APM tools in their environments. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide technical guidance and training to clients, assisting them with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Furthermore, your collaboration with product and engineering teams will be crucial in providing feedback on client requirements and system improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process
- Demonstrate the value of APM solutions to potential clients
- Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and develop bespoke solutions based on client needs
- Support clients post-sales by ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of APM tools in their environments
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Work together with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on client requirements and system improvements
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Engineer position brings a minimum of 4 years' experience in presales or postsales roles focused on APM solutions. You possess robust knowledge of APM tools and technologies, coupled with practical experience in cloud environments. Your understanding of application architectures is solid. Your excellent communication skills enable you to explain complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Robust knowledge of APM tools and technologies
- Practical experience with cloud environments and solid understanding of application architectures
