What you'll do:

As a Senior Technical Engineer, your role will be pivotal in managing technical and sales activities within the Taiwan market. You will be responsible for understanding the market and application, developing sales plans and strategies, and promoting our client's upgrade solutions. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you liaise with various internal departments, external customers, and provide technical support to sales personnel. Your ability to understand customer requirements will enable you to arrange suitable proposals that meet their needs. Furthermore, your role will involve driving customer intimacy and improving the quality of customer relationships.

  • Perform as sales leader to manage technical & sales activities
  • Understand the market & application, develop sales plan & strategy
  • Communicate with different functions for the most suitable & competitive proposal
  • Provide technical and marketing support to sales personnel and representatives
  • Understand customer technical & commercial requirements and arrange suitable proposals
  • Drive customer intimacy and improve customer relationship quality

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Technical Engineer position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in automation engineering. With at least 5 years of experience in control valves or similar production, you have honed your skills in executing sales plans and strategies. Your ability to quickly absorb new technological concepts will be highly valued in this role. Your strong communication and negotiation abilities will aid you in effectively liaising with various stakeholders. Additionally, your proficiency in English, both oral and written, will ensure smooth communication within an international setting.

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Automation Engineering
  • 5 years of related experience in control valves or similar production
  • Experience in executing sales plan & strategy
  • Ability to absorb new technological concepts quickly
  • Strong communication & negotiation ability
  • Good English skills, both oral and written
