EC Key Account Manager_ Retail
This E-Commerce Key Account Manager position offers you the unique opportunity to make a positive global impact while enjoying the flexibility to shape your work style. You will play a pivotal role in supporting online retail business with designated key e-commerce accounts in Taiwan, focusing on hands-on execution across major online marketplaces and brand-owned channels.
What you'll do:
- Support designated online accounts in achieving short-term and sell-out targets as well as key series objectives by providing dependable account management.
- Execute platform-level promotions, campaign planning, and visibility initiatives to maximise commercial performance across competitive online environments.
- Coordinate retail media planning and monitor performance metrics to improve return on investment through careful analysis and optimisation.
- Ensure digital shelf excellence by maintaining product content accuracy, optimal placement, and campaign readiness across all e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Distribution teams to align product launches and promotional execution for seamless operations.
- Track trade spending and media investment performance while supporting post-campaign evaluation to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Analyse sales performance, traffic data, and conversion metrics to provide insightful business reviews that drive continuous improvement.
- Identify operational improvements to enhance overall online channel performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies and execution discipline throughout all projects.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and satisfaction within the e-commerce landscape.
What you bring:
- Over five years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail management or account support roles within competitive marketplaces.
- Hands-on expertise operating major e-commerce platforms as well as brand-owned online stores with proven track record of success.
- Basic understanding of promotion mechanics including retail media strategies and digital shelf management principles.
- Strong analytical capability demonstrated by comfort working with sales data, performance metrics, traffic analysis and conversion rates.
- Detail-oriented approach combined with proactive attitude towards execution-focused tasks in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills enabling effective collaboration with marketing, GTM, distribution teams and other stakeholders.
- Interest in consumer electronics or 3C accessories as well as gaming products is considered advantageous for this position.
- Ability to identify operational improvements through teamwork while contributing positively to overall channel performance.
- Commitment to supporting communal goals by sharing knowledge and nurturing relationships within diverse teams.
