Key responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager based in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for key customers within the food-related industry. - Develop and execute account strategies that align with short-term sales goals and long-term organisational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Production, to ensure seamless execution of customer plans
- Leverage your commercial acumen to manage pricing strategies and optimise profitability while maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sales results, service levels, quality standards, and profitability metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct regular business reviews and co-develop annual business plans with customers to strengthen partnerships and achieve mutual growth
Candidate profile
Your background as a Key Account Manager should reflect deep engagement within the food-related or consumer products sector. Your commitment to building trust-based partnerships sets you apart as someone who thrives in communal environments where shared success is celebrated.
- Demonstrated passion for the food industry or consumer products sector with a proven ability to engage in market trends and customer needs
- 3–5 years of experience managing large-scale accounts or operations within Food, Beverage, or FMCG industries
- Demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic growth initiatives
- Show the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while contributing effectively to collaborative and cross-functional teams
- Possess solid data and reporting capability using Microsoft Office tools to support performance reviews, planning and sustainable business results
