Account Manager

- Responsible for the all-round sales and promotion of the company's electronic components (especially passive components), including market development, customer maintenance and new customer development.
- Lead the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns, ensuring annual performance targets are met and brand impact is enhanced.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, gain insight into industry trends, and propose specific and feasible marketing strategies to respond to market changes.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's product features and customer needs, tailoring solutions to meet the business goals of different customers.
- Regularly visit existing customers to maintain good cooperative relationships and actively develop potential new customers to expand market share.
- Prepare and conduct professional proposal presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and facilitate deals.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project progress and respond to customer needs in real time.
- Track sales data and performance metrics, regularly review and optimize sales processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Fluent in English, allowing for barrier-free international communication and document processing.
- Optimistic and positive, good at communication and coordination, showing a high sense of responsibility and mutual assistance in teamwork.
- Keenly grasp market trends, possess excellent data collection and analysis capabilities, and can quickly respond to industry changes.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and build a solid and trusting customer network.
