An FMCG company in Taipei is seeking for a Key Account Assistant Manager – CVS & PCS (Home Care) to drive sales growth, manage key retail accounts, and execute integrated account and trade strategies.
Key responsibilities
As a Key Account Assistant Manager – CVS & PCS (Home Care) based in Taipei, you will drive sales growth across key CVS and PCS accounts by executing promotions, pricing, and in-store launches while collaborating closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Manage CVS and PCS accounts, supporting annual business planning, joint business plans (JBP), and account strategies
- Execute promotions, pricing strategies, new product listings, and in-store activities to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with trade marketing for effective in-store execution, POSM deployment, and merchandising standards
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfilment
- Analyse account performance data, track market trends, and prepare regular business reviews
Candidate Profile
The ideal Key Account Assistant Manager – CVS & PCS (Home Care) should have FMCG key account or sales support experience, strong cross-functional communication skills, analytical and organisational strength, and a collaborative mindset suited to complex and multinational environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or trade marketing within the FMCG industry, with a solid understanding of the home care category, including promotion mechanics, pricing, and in-store execution
- Hands-on experience managing CVS or PCS channels is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales data analysis and retail performance tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
