What will you do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play an important role in connecting the Japanese head office with the Taiwanese market, not only being proficient in Chinese and Japanese business communication, but also flexibly using your coordination skills and market acumen to drive various projects smoothly in a multicultural environment. The daily work includes document writing, meeting arrangements, simultaneous interpretation, and leading teams to gather industry information and develop new customers. In addition, you will also participate in the overall project planning and cross-departmental coordination, and be an indispensable core member of the company's operations. In this position, as long as you make good use of your language strengths and interpersonal skills, you can continue to break through yourself and move towards a higher-level management career with solid support.

  • It serves as a communication bridge between the Japanese head office and Taiwanese customers, effectively coordinating the needs of both parties and ensuring timely information delivery.
  • Write and translate business documents in Japanese and Chinese, while scheduling meetings and simultaneous interpretation to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Proactively maintain existing customer relationships, gain insights into market demands, and report relevant information to support business decisions.
  • Lead the team to gather market information, analyze industry trends, and formulate effective new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Responsible for new customer development and business development, actively seeking potential partners to expand market territory.
  • Plan the project holistically, control the schedule, and coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure that the project is completed on time and meets the desired goals.
  • Cultivate yourself to become a candidate for future sales leaders, participate in management decision-making and improve the overall performance of the team.
  • Occasionally, domestic and international business trips and overtime work are required to meet business needs and maintain high-quality service levels.

What you bring:

As a Sales Manager, your past sales experience will enable you to quickly grasp the pulse of the industry and effectively drive various project processes. At the same time, your team management background allows you to know how to build consensus and motivate partners to pursue excellence together. In a multilingual and multicultural environment, your fluency in Japanese will be the biggest advantage, and your English foundation will help you expand more opportunities for international cooperation. In addition, proficiency in office software operation and good communication and coordination skills will help you navigate busy work. Whether facing existing customers or developing new markets, as long as you uphold care, patience, and a high sense of responsibility, you can continue to create value and win the trust and affirmation of colleagues in this position.

  • University degree or above, with more than five years of sales-related experience (corporate client experience is preferred), and can handle complex business challenges.
  • Previous experience in team management or supervision can effectively lead the team to achieve goals together and motivate colleagues to grow.
  • Familiar with project coordination processes and problem-solving methods, maintaining a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1), able to handle various documents and meeting communication matters at a business level.
  • Basic English literacy skills are especially good for those who can support the needs of international simple communication.
  • Proficient in basic office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to improve work efficiency and support data collation and analysis.
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills and cross-cultural understanding, building trusting relationships and promoting a cooperative atmosphere in diverse contexts.
  • Strong pressure resistance, able to maintain calm judgment and properly handle emergencies in high-pressure situations.
