This role is responsible for leading sales and business development across multiple channels. The position focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with overall business objectives. It requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective planning, execution, and performance optimization across diverse sales channels.

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across Costco and e-commerce platforms.

  • Lead annual business planning, including promotion calendars, pricing strategy, and product assortment optimization to achieve sales targets.

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with marketing, trade, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and smooth product flow.

  • Analyze channel performance, shopper insights, and market trends to identify new opportunities and enhance customer experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and platform partners to maximize visibility and long-term business development.
