Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, planning and implementing sales activities, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. With your strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Chinese, Taiwanese, and English, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success in the FMCG sector. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales objectives, planning and implementing sales activities, and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
In addition, you will consult with the marketing team on consumer-driven activities in general trade channels. Your role also includes executing visibility norms across the territory according to company standards and maintaining all company merchandising elements.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the FMCG sector. With at least three years of sales experience under your belt, you possess strong negotiation skills that have been honed over time. Your excellent communication skills are evident in your fluency in Chinese and Taiwanese, as well as basic English capabilities.
You are results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and resilient, even when faced with obstacles. Your leadership skills enable you to build strong working relationships, and your commercial acumen allows you to understand business issues and opportunities.
