Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop relationships with our key customers. You will be the primary point of contact for all key customer communications and ensure coordination and satisfaction for both parties. In addition, you'll work with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies for Costco and large retailers, as well as monitor sales performance and inventory levels to ensure optimal inventory management and turnover.
What will you do:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all key customer communications, ensuring coordination and satisfaction on both sides.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to ensure optimal inventory management and turnover.
- Prepare regular reports on customer performance, market conditions, and competitive analysis.
- Leverage data-driven insights to provide feedback on customer performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product development teams to effectively execute tasks and address any challenges.
What do you bring:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. You should have at least five years of experience in sales management or key account management, preferably in the retail industry.
