Your responsibilities will also include tracking shipments daily with overseas offices/agents, preparing regular reports, communicating effectively with various teams for troubleshooting, and collecting costs for customer quote requests.

Your fluency in English coupled with your strong communication and coordination abilities will be crucial in this role. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a forwarding company.
• At least 3 years of experience handling key/regional/global accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of Air freight.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
