KA Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join their team in New Taipei City. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely
What you'll do:
As a Key Account Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on expanding market sales and increasing business opportunities through effective communication and sales techniques. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges, and providing appropriate solutions. Collaborating with internal teams like Product BU, Marketing, PM etc., you will ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet client needs. Your role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues or complaints, ensuring high-quality service at all times. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, collecting customer feedback to provide market insights that aid in product optimization and business strategy formulation.
- Developing business by professionally developing Key Accounts (KA) and executing customer development plans
- Establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with key customers
- Coordinating resources with internal teams to ensure effective resource allocation
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing customer issues and complaints
- Conducting market research to understand market dynamics and competition
- Setting and executing performance targets and sales indicators related to KA customers
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Key Account Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in cold opening business along with KA development expertise. - 3-5 years of experience in cold opening business
- 1-3 years of experience in KA development
- Experience in physical store cold opening
- Background in POS systems is preferred
- Experience in SaaS industry for 3 years or payment industry for 3 years is preferred
- Startup experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English/Japanese for general business conversation and presentation proposal level is preferred
