Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the i-gaming industry.

What you'll do:

As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to serve as a crucial link between our clients and our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Your excellent customer service skills will ensure the timely delivery of requests and solutions according to customer needs and objectives. You will also create and maintain relevant documentation, push clients to go live, and help them boost their performance. Furthermore, you will introduce new/existing functionalities and products to the relevant teams internally and within our customers' organization.

  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely delivery of requests and solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation
  • Push clients to go live and help them boost their performance
  • Introduce new/existing functionalities and products to the relevant teams internally and within our customers organization

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Account Manager position brings 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the i-gaming industry. You possess exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills in English, with proficiency in any other foreign language being a significant advantage. Your dynamic nature allows you to multitask effectively, learn quickly, and work well under minimal supervision. Your excellent customer service approach ensures high availability for our clients. Additionally, you are willing to travel abroad for work requirements 4-5 times a year.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar position in an i-gaming company
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills in English. Any other foreign language(verbal) would be a big plus
  • Very dynamic. Multitasking. Fast learner. Ability to work well under low supervision
  • Excellent customer service approach. High availability
  • Willing to travel abroad for work requirements. 4-5 times a year
