- Develop detailed sales enablement materials such as case studies and white papers that reflect deep industry knowledge for use by regional business units.
- Deliver targeted training sessions for sales teams so they can communicate effectively with customers in the energy sector using relevant business language.
- Directly engage in bidding processes or project planning for key accounts by providing high-level technical consultancy and application advice.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships within the broader industry ecosystem including system integrators, associations, and certification bodies.

What you bring:
Your background should include substantial experience navigating B2B environments where technical acumen meets commercial insight. As a Product Manager – Energy and Power Solutions, your history of supporting major tenders or cross-border deals will be invaluable when guiding regional teams through complex requirements. Your fluency in both English and Mandarin enables you to connect meaningfully with stakeholders across diverse geographies. You are adept at simplifying sophisticated technologies into compelling narratives that resonate with customers. Experience working alongside utilities or system integrators gives you unique insight into client pain points—insight you leverage when crafting tailored solutions. Your collaborative approach ensures seamless teamwork across functions while your analytical mindset supports robust strategy development. - Possess at least 8 years of experience in B2B technical business development, product management, or solution sales within industrial or technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrate 5+ years of direct experience in either product management or market management roles focused on energy storage, electric power, smart grid, or related fields.
- Showcase familiarity with power system applications such as substations (IEC 61850), SCADA systems, or integrated energy solutions like EMS/DMS/DER/ESS.
- Have a proven track record of engaging directly with power utilities, engineering procurement contractors (EPCs), or system integrators on complex projects.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with full proficiency in both English and Mandarin across speaking, listening, reading, and writing domains.
- Display strong capabilities in translating intricate technical concepts into clear customer-oriented value propositions suitable for business audiences.
- Bring expertise in assessing business opportunities quickly and constructing effective solutions based on market needs.
- Demonstrate experience developing market entry strategies including segmentation, positioning, action plans, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation.
- Show evidence of cross-regional collaboration skills—ideally having worked across multiple countries within APAC or similar multinational settings.
- Be willing to travel as needed while managing business opportunities across several regions simultaneously.
