What will you do:
As a Business Executive (Energy & Storage), you'll be responsible for leading the team in developing and implementing go-to-market strategy, while leading emerging market development and customer relationship management. In your daily work, you need to leverage your keen observation of global energy trends to effectively plan annual revenue targets and budget allocation. Additionally, this role emphasizes team empowerment and cross-departmental collaboration, requiring you to coordinate internal and external resources, drive major project execution, and maintain government and industry partnerships. Through comprehensive management and communication skills, you will lead the organization to grow steadily in the energy storage industry while contributing to the energy transition in Taiwan and the world.
- Analyze global energy market trends and policy changes, formulate annual revenue targets, market share increase plans, and departmental budget management plans to achieve the company's overall business blueprint.
- Leading core business development, including new market development, business opportunity assessment, and potential customer expansion, actively driving the company's growth in the energy storage field.
- Lead the team through the entire sales cycle, from opportunity discovery, solution planning, business negotiations, and project contract signing, ensuring the smooth execution of every link.
- Manage and empower the business team to help members realize their potential and jointly achieve the goals set by the company.
- Establish and maintain good interactive relationships with government units (such as the Energy Administration, Taipower), industry associations, and important partners, and promote the integration of external resources.
- In accordance with the company's overall development strategy, actively participate in and execute various major projects to ensure that the project results align with the corporate vision.
- Regularly review the market competition situation and internal and external resource allocation, and put forward optimization suggestions to enhance organizational competitiveness.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, integrate technical and commercial resources, and accelerate time-to-market for products or services.
