Sr. Manager Commercial Operations (Medical Devices)

The Senior Manager will partner closely with both regional functional leaders and local country teams to design and implement commercial initiatives that enhance market growth and strengthen execution in the field. This includes building scalable commercial processes, supporting key sales programs, developing customer reference sites, and driving projects that influence the overall success of the business.

  • Work with Taiwan and APAC leadership teams to define commercial priorities and translate them into actionable plans.

  • Drive commercial excellence through planning, process improvement, and adoption of best-practice sales methodologies.

  • Support sales leadership in capability building, coaching programs, and performance optimization across multiple business units.

  • Lead commercial initiatives that reinforce alignment between strategy, resources, and field execution.

  • Build and maintain customer reference programs to showcase clinical and economic impact.

  • Oversee cross-functional projects that enable the region to meet commercial targets and operational milestones.

  • Ensure consistency in how commercial teams operate, measure progress, and deliver business results.
