An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Assistant Customer Development Manager in Taipei, Taiwan. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service excellence, order management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Customer Development Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to optimise processes and contribute to demand forecasting will be key to success in this position.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while liaising with internal teams and customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Support Team in Shanghai to ensure efficient data entry, credit/debit note processing, and prompt delivery of goods
  • Drive process optimisation by automating workflows and tracking key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Act as the primary liaison between commercial teams and supply chain functions to streamline communication and consolidate feedback
  • Support S&OP activities by aligning demand forecasting with supply planning to achieve business objectives

Candidate profile

To thrive in this role, you should bring hands-on experience in order management or supply chain coordination, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail will set you apart.

  • Proven experience managing complex order cycles within a fast-paced customer service or supply chain environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and supply chain support units
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with a focus on accuracy in tracking orders and monitoring delivery schedules
  • A track record of identifying opportunities for process optimisation or automation within operational workflows
  • Familiarity with S&OP practices and demand forecasting is highly desirable
