  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline is required for this position.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics industry is essential; including 5 years in a strategic role with profit & loss responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional interfaces between sales and operations while multitasking various functions simultaneously is highly desirable.
  • Strong functional knowledge in air freight, ocean freight, logistics or supply chain management is expected from candidates applying for this role.
  • Understanding of market trends along with general knowledge of marketing or product management is important for success in this position.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and local dialects is necessary for effective communication within diverse teams.
  • Customer-focused approach combined with analytical skills enables you to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
