What will you do:

As a Sales Manager, your daily work will encompass a full range of responsibilities, from strategic planning to team management, not only flexibly adjusting sales direction according to market changes but also proactively exploring potential business opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships. In this role, you will lead a passionate business team to set clear goals and implement performance management while collaborating across departments to ensure that every project is completed smoothly. Additionally, you need to make good use of data analysis tools to regularly review sales results and make optimization recommendations to enable your organization to stay ahead in a competitive market.   • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans to ensure the company's revenue targets and profitability targets are met.
  • In-depth analysis of market trends and competitive situations, proposing specific growth strategies and feasible action plans to drive performance improvement.
  • Maintain and actively expand key customer relationships, and establish long-term and stable partnerships to promote continuous business growth.
  • Regularly visit key customers to understand their needs and propose effective solutions to their problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the entire business team, including goal setting, performance tracking, and talent development.
  • Guide team members to enhance negotiation skills, presentation skills, and solution-based sales skills to enhance overall competitiveness.

  • Coordinate internal resources to effectively support large-scale project bidding or critical client project delivery processes.
  • Regularly write and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support senior management in making the right decisions.
  • Continuously track sales KPIs and optimize related processes to improve team operational efficiency and results.

  • With excellent negotiation skills and deep customer relationship management capabilities, he can handle complex business scenarios and maintain the foundation for long-term cooperation.
  • Familiar with industry market trends, able to quickly grasp the competitive situation and put forward forward-looking strategic suggestions.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, can integrate internal and external resources to promote the smooth execution of projects.
  • Possess good project management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure both quality and timeliness.
