What you'll do:
- Steer the overall brand strategy and positioning to ensure sustained growth and market relevance.
- Devise, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture within your team.
- Examine market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities.
- Oversee the brand’s P&L, ensuring cost-effective management of budgets.
- Boost sales and profitability by optimising ROI on marketing investments.
- Work closely with R&D teams to spearhead the development of new products.
- Manage the go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
What you bring:
- 15+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
