Brand Director, Consumer

Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Sales & Marketing Director to lead the strategic development and execution of a portfolio. To oversee a Marketing and Sales team, and drive brand growth and revenue generation in alignment with overall business objectives. The position requires both strong marketing expertise and sales acumen to drive business growth in a competitive market.

What you'll do:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that drives growth
* Lead the creation of promotional and retail marketing campaigns
* Manage key retailer relationships, ensuring effective negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotions
* Own and manage the P&L for the brand(s)
* Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
* Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Utilize consumer insights and competitive analysis to adjust brand strategies
* Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated business plans
* Develop and lead the execution of trade marketing strategies

What you bring:

* 15+ years of experience in brand management and sales within FMCG industry
* Proven track record in sales-driven marketing with P&L management experience
* Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
* Expertise in trade marketing, sales strategy development, and consumer insights
* Experience working closely with retail partners, distributors, and sales teams
* Strong leadership skills with ability to drive sales performance
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills
