We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead and expand our sales and marketing efforts. This senior leadership role will focus on driving brand awareness, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and achieving aggressive sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture across the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key global markets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demand.
  2. Marketing Leadership:

    • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, social media, content, and influencer campaigns.
    • Strengthen brand positioning and increase brand recognition across all regions.
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, events, and promotional activities to engage customers and drive sales.
  3. Team Management & Collaboration:

    • Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and driving high performance.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation to achieve business goals.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  4. Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor sales performance and marketing effectiveness, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
  5. Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

    • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Drive cost-effective marketing strategies while achieving set KPIs and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, consumer-driven industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive growth in both established and emerging markets.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze sales and marketing metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and [Mandarin/Cantonese], with knowledge of international market dynamics.
