What you'll do:

  • Steer the overall brand strategy and positioning to ensure sustained growth and market relevance.
  • Devise, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture within your team.
  • Examine market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee the brand’s P&L, ensuring cost-effective management of budgets.

  • Work closely with R&D teams to spearhead the development of new products.

What you bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
