With at least 15 years under your belt, you have proven your ability to develop successful growth strategies that drive revenue growth. Your strong understanding of the retailer market landscape, coupled with your excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, make you a standout candidate.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Manager based in Taipei, Taiwan, you will be at the forefront of our client's expansion efforts. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals while working closely with various stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve managing key relationships with retailer partners and ensuring excellence in retail execution. You will also oversee all aspects of operations within the distribution market segment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams for market launches and activities will be crucial. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What you bring:

Proven expertise in sales with a willingness to expand into commercial areas, backed by extensive experience in multinational companies within the FMCG or Consumer Electronics segments. Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a proven track record of developing successful growth strategies that drive revenue growth. Demonstrates a strong understanding of the retailer market landscape, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience managing budgets, resources, and partnerships in a global environment. Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the capability to work collaboratively across functions, geographies, and cultures, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
