Our client is seeking a highly adaptable, analytical, and results-driven Head of SME to lead their digital marketing and telesales efforts.

What you'll do:

As the Head of SME, your role will be pivotal in leading the company's digital marketing and telesales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing demand growth strategies with the support of Digital Marketing specialist(s), coordinating campaigns management with Telesales Team Lead, managing, optimizing, and forecasting digital campaign performance. Your excellent leadership skills will be crucial in hiring the best internal and external talents/resources, ensuring that Marketing and Sales team work closely to align strategy, managing and developing employees while fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Developing and implementing demand growth strategies with the support of Digital Marketing specialist(s)
  • Coordinating campaigns management with Telesales Team Lead
  • Managing, optimizing, and forecasting digital campaign performance
  • Hiring the best internal and external talents/resources

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of SME role brings a wealth of experience in Digital Marketing including the management an Operational Marketing Budget. Experience in managing a B2B Telesales team or B2B online sales channels would be a plus. Your strong attention to detail coupled with your leadership spirit will enable you to excel in this role. You are autonomous and responsive with knowledge of Paid search ADwords campaigns management and Organic (SEA, SEO) Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Display, LinkedIn, Lead providers, Retargeting.

  • Minimum 10 years in Digital Marketing including the management an Operational Marketing Budget
  • Experience in managing a B2B Telesales team or B2B online sales channels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Leadership spirit with excellent listening, observing, evaluating, and feedback giving skills
  • Autonomy and responsiveness
